Mechanix Wear is committed to customer service and makes it easy for you to return or exchange an order bought on our site.

Please fill out the form below to initiate your refund or exchange.

Returns can be made on items brought from https://www.mechanix.com/ within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition. Please note that we do not offer prepaid return labels for refund requests. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an item is received damaged or defective. Once the returned items have been received and reviewed, any approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges for a different, similar item can be made on items brought from https://www.mechanix.com/ within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition. Please note, we do not offer a pre-paid label on exchanges, unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the items.
