What is the Mechanix Wear online store return policy?
Mechanix Wear is committed to customer service and makes it easy for you to return or exchange an order bought on our site. Though we expect that you will love your gloves as much as we do, we understand if you would like to return or exchange an item.
Refunds and exchanges for a different style or size can be made within 10 days of purchase. Please go to mechanix.com/returns to initiate your refund or exchange.
Your return will be processed upon receipt of the items, and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
What shipping methods do you provide?
During the holiday season, you may experience a shipping delay. We will do our best to make sure your order is shipped promptly!
We offer the following shipping options:
- Economy: $2.99, Free on orders over $75. (7-10 Business Days once shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.)
- Ground: $6.99, $4 on orders over $75. (No PO Boxes. 3-5 Business Days once shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.)
Refunds on Shipping: If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order or you receive damaged product, we will refund all shipping charges to your credit card.
APO/FPO: If your ship-to is a PO Box or APO/FPO, please select "USPS Military."
Is the Mechanix Wear online store secure?

All orders are shipped from Kansas City, MO.
What are Mechanix Wear's online payment options?
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa as payment options when ordering on our website.
In addition to payment via credit card, our online store now accepts gift cards. During checkout, use your 16-digit gift code balance toward your order.

Economy Shipping orders may ship both UPS and USPS. To get a tracking update from USPS, you can find the USPS Package Identification Code under the Shipping Details tab of your UPS tracking screen.
