Warranty & Consumer Rights (Australia)

At Mechanix Wear, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As a consumer, you are entitled to rights and remedies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“the Act”).

Your Rights
Under Australian Consumer Law, our products must:

  • Be of acceptable quality, safe and free from defects,
  • Be fit for purpose,
  • Match their description or sample.

If a product does not meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product does not meet these guarantees, you should return the product to the place of purchase, along with proof of purchase, to seek a remedy.

This is because, under Australian Consumer Law, the seller (retailer) is responsible for providing a remedy in the first instance.
