Driving Connections is Mechanix Wear’s community donation program, created to support the people and places where our gloves are worn every day. With every purchase of eligible Mechanix Wear products, a percentage of sales go directly toward supporting local groups, charities, and causes that matter most to the communities we serve. This initiative reflects our deep belief that performance doesn’t stop at the glove—it extends to the impact we make together.​

​Our customers plays a key leadership role in how and where these contributions are directed. Charities are nominated by region and selected in consultation with you,  ensuring alignment with local needs and priorities. This localised, community-first model empowers those closest to the work to determine where support is needed most—maximising relevance and impact.​

To ensure consistent oversight, quarterly impact reports are shared with stakeholders to track giving, evaluate outcomes, and demonstrate the measurable difference being made.​
