Mechanix Wear Canada makes it easy for you to return or exchange an order. Though we expect that you’ll love your gloves as much as we do, we understand if you would like to return or exchange an item.
Exchanges can be made for a different style or size. Your return will be processed within 48 hours of being received, and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
During the holiday season, you may experience a shipping delay. We will do our best to make sure your order is shipped promptly!
All orders placed after our 1:00pm deadline will be sent the following day. Orders that are placed after our 1:00pm deadline on Friday or on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Mechanix Wear knows quality control is serious business. Therefore, we go to extremes to supervise the manufacturing and material quality of our gloves. We understand our products are put in some extreme situations. Should any Mechanix Wear product not perform to your satisfaction due to a material or craftsmanship defect within 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace them.
Please telephone or email Mechanix Wear's Customer Satisfaction Department to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).
Please include the following information in your return package:
Mechanix Wear Return Authorization Number.
Your name, return address and telephone number.
A brief description of the problem and service you are requesting.
A copy of the sales receipt.
As required by law, please make sure that products returned for warranty are washed.
Mechanix Wear is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Product specific washing and care instructions are indicated on the original product packaging at purchase.
Most Mechanix Wear gloves are 100% machine washable:
Generally, we recommend machine-washing your gloves in cold water using a mild laundry detergent. Do NOT use bleach or solvents. We also recommend air-drying your gloves to maintain proper sizing. Do NOT machine dry or expose the gloves to a heat source other than indirect sunlight.
Mechanix Wear Commercial Grade™ Leather gloves feature machine washable leather. We recommend washing your gloves periodically to remove salt and mineral build-up from perspiration. Machine wash in cold water using a mild laundry detergent. Do NOT use bleach or solvents. We recommend air-drying your gloves to maintain proper sizing and preserve material quality. Do NOT machine dry.
Mechanix Wear CarbonX® fire-retardant gloves require gentle cleaning due to the natural leather palm. We recommend cleaning your CarbonX® gloves with a damp cloth to preserve the material quality. Do NOT machine dry or expose the gloves to a heat source other than indirect sunlight.
Mechanix Wear Cold Weather gloves are recommended to be hand washed with a mild laundry detergent and air-dried to preserve material quality and proper sizing. Do NOT machine dry or expose the gloves to a heat source other than indirect sunlight.
Mechanix Wear offers men's, women's and kids glove sizes.
All Canadian orders are shipped from Surrey, British Columbia.
