Congratulations to Chad Reed and his TwoTwo Motorsports team for taking the win in Saturday night's Supercross race at Dodger Stadium. A big thanks to team members Dave Osterman, Mike Gosselaar and Lars Larson who have been important members of the Mechanix Wear R&D program for many years. Reed's win moves him into a tie with Ryan Villopoto for 2nd in the point standing. Team Red Bull KTM rider Ryan Dungey takes over sole possession of the points lead with a second place ride last night.
JGR MX had a good evening with James Stewart rounding out the podium in 3rd and Davi Millsaps finishing 6th. Mechanix Wear teams took the top 9 positions in the Supercross main event.
Team Geico Factory Connection Honda rider Eli Tomac took the Lites class and moved to the top of the points standings with a dominant victory over Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki's Dean Wilson.
