Mechanix Wear congratulates Team Red Bull KTM on their historic first win in the Supercross class. Ryan Dungey’s win at Phoenix was the first victory for Team Red Bull KTM in the U.S. Supercross class. Supercross teams relying on Mechanix Wear products have taken up where they left off in 2011 by dominating the results of the first two rounds. Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Ryan Villopoto and Team Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey share the points lead in the Supercross class after splitting victories at Anaheim and Phoenix. Monster Energy Pro-Circuit Energy rider Tyla Rattray has sole possession of the points lead in the Lites class after finishing 2nd and 3rd in the first two races.
Mechanix Wear teams occupy 9 of the top ten teams in the 450 class point standing including the first five and 70 of the top ten in the Lites class with 7 of the top 8 teams.
