  • 1. What is the Mechanix Wear online store return policy?

    Mechanix Wear makes it easy for you to return or exchange an order.  Though we expect that you’ll love your gloves as much as we do, we understand if you would like to return or exchange an item.

    Exchanges can be made for a different style or size.  Your return will be processed within 48 hours of being received, and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

    Exchanges are subject to availability.  A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

  • 2. What shipping methods do you provide?

    Orders placed by 1:00pm PST will be shipped the same day. For orders placed after our deadline, we will do our best to ship the same day or the very next morning. All orders placed after our 1:00pm deadline on Friday and orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

    We offer the following shipping options in addition to our Ground service:

    • UPS Two Day Air: $30
    • UPS Next Day Air: $40
    • UPS International: $60 - Taxes & Duties not included.

    Refunds on Shipping: If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order or you receive damaged product, we will refund all shipping charges to your credit card.

    Multiple Addresses: We’re happy to ship items from one order to multiple addresses. Please make sure you double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

    PO Boxes, APO/FPO: If your ship-to is a PO Box or APO/FPO, please select "USPS with Delivery Confirmation."

  • 3. Is the Mechanix Wear online store secure?

    Our online store uses sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to maintain the safety of your personal information during your shopping experience. Every bit of your personal information is contained behind our secure network. All credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases.

  • 4. What is Mechanix Wear's warranty?

    All Mechanix Wear products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship and are covered for 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty is only valid with original receipt of purchase. Extraordinary wear and tear is welcomed - we take everything into consideration in the Research and Development of our gloves. 

    As required by law, please make sure that products returned for warranty are washed.

    WARNING! Mechanix Gloves are not flame proof or fire retardant. Do not expose to extreme abrasion, open flame or sparks from grinding and welding.

    Please telephone Mechanix Wear Customer Satisfaction Department to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and further instructions. Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Mechanix Wear is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

    Please include the following information in your return package:

    • Mechanix Wear Return Authorization Number;
    • Your name, return address and telephone number;
    • A brief description of the problem and service you are requesting;
    • A copy of the sales receipt.

    Reference your assigned Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your claim

  • 5. Does Mechanix Wear's online store support International orders?

    We are proud to announce that we do support international orders.  During the checkout process make sure to check the box that says, "This is an international address," and follow the instructions.
