Cape Epic is the biggest and baddest Mountain Bike race in the world. Taking place in South Africa over eight days with 14550 meters (The height of Mount Everest), of climbing. There are 1200 participants competing for 722 km (450 miles) off-road. Teams consist of two riders who may not be more than two minutes apart in the whole race.
